Make Your Spring Bunting – Sewing Class
J
oin me for a fun and approachable sewing class where we’ll begin creating a quilted spring garland — a charming, handmade piece perfect for decorating your home or gifting this season.
In this class, we’ll focus on making one “petal” of the garland, walking step-by-step through the piecing and construction process. You’ll learn foundational techniques like cutting, sewing with precision, and pressing — all in a relaxed, supportive environment. While we won’t complete the full garland in class, you’ll leave with a finished petal and the knowledge and confidence to complete the rest at home.
This project is a great introduction to quilting techniques on a smaller scale and is perfect for confident beginner sewists who are comfortable using a sewing machine and ready to build their skills. It’s also a wonderful way to dip into one of the projects from Cozy Quilts for the Modern Home and see how versatile quilting can be beyond full-size quilts.
We’ll keep things cozy, creative, and encouraging — with plenty of time for questions and guidance along the way. Whether you’re looking to expand your sewing skills or simply spend time making something beautiful, this class is a great place to start.
I can’t wait to sew with you! 🧵✨

Class Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life can get a little hectic sometimes! If something comes up and you can’t make it to class, here’s how I handle cancellations:
- More than 72 hours before class: No problem at all — I’m happy to move your registration to a future session or issue a full refund.
- Within 72 hours of class: Please let me know as soon as possible. If I can fill your spot, I’ll gladly reschedule you for another date or offer store credit for a future class.
- No-shows without notice: Unfortunately, the class fee can’t be refunded or credited. I’ve already planned, prepped, and reserved your spot (kind of like a concert ticket!), so advance notice really helps me accommodate others.
If you’re unsure what applies to your situation, don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m always happy to talk it through and find a solution if possible.
